Real is good!
God has a plan, and we get to be in on it. What a privilege!
In the midst of all the stuff we normally do, I have begun to feel a strange excitement about one thing in particular: The move of the Holy Spirit in the Church. Many of you know that I have been an advocate for allowing God to move in our midst. Recently, there has been a noticeable uptick in the manifestation in our services. I have also heard reports from other places that God is showing up in tangible ways.
This last month I had the privilege of ministering on the manifestation of the Spirit at Zoe Ministries here in Tucson. The services were powerful. God healed people, filled them with His Spirit, and refreshed His battle-weary children. As the days get darker, people are moved to cry out to God, and He answers. I only expect to see an increase in the move of God as the days go by. It’s essential that we who have some experience in these matters be available to help. The church tends to swerve from one ditch to the other on the Holy Ghost highway. We either get nervous and shut everything down or get goofy and scare people away. It’s time for the real deal.
Some of you may recall a book I wrote over 25 years ago called, “Is There an Interpreter in the House.” It was sort of a “how to” on leading a service where the Holy Spirit has room to move. Interestingly enough, beginning last Fall, the calls for that book have suddenly reignited. People are waking up to the need for the supernatural power of God. Some are uneasy with it, but they know it’s needed. I believe we can be of service to them.
I want to do 2 things. First, I want to publish the third edition of the Interpreter book. This time with a new chapter on judging manifestations, and how to bring correction in a way that brings growth and freedom, not suppression. I believe if we can get pastors to step up and correct excess, we can open the way for an outpouring of the real thing. Second, I want to be available to teach and demonstrate on the subject. I don’t do promotions. If you or somebody you know wants or needs what we do in this area, contact me and let’s schedule something. It will be good. We have work to do.

Instituto de Entrenamiento Ministerial de Fe:
First level classes continue in Hermosillo, with our team there doing a great job. They are currently teaching the course called “Fe Biblica” (Biblical Faith). This will be brand new to many, as they learn to believe they receive when they pray. As you might expect, some of the faculty have had health challenges. The enemy hates what they have committed to do there. Please pray for our IEMFe faculty members and students in Hermosillo.
Our next second level course will be June 24 & 25. I will be teaching “Ministry to the Tormented.” For those who haven’t taken the class, I will be discussing ministry to the mentally ill and the demonically oppressed. We need to be able to tell the difference and apply the most effective methods to relieve mental and emotional torment. Ignorance in this area can do a lot of damage.
We are in the process of recording 2 classes with interpretation for the YouTube channel: “Church Government” and “Panning for Gold.” Pray for the team and the tech. I’m going to be refurbishing and updating the YouTube material soon.
Real Disciples:
Two of our grads in Hermosillo have a weekly ministry in a rehab facility for those suffering from addiction. Two weeks ago, they decided to begin using our package of material entitled “Real Disciples.” This is a series of 9 teachings covering the meaning of being a disciple, then following through with 8 core concepts that every Real Disciple needs to understand.
