I have been in ministry since 1980. Over these years, I have become convinced that in order to reach this tired old world with the Gospel we need more than snappy programs and “relevant” sermons. We are in a battle with evil, and evil has power. Fortunately, so does God. He makes that power available to us to confirm the word and release those in the bondage of Satan. Rather than marginalizing the supernatural power of God, we need to pursue it.
