Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

Jesus identified the problem: not enough laborers. He then offered the first solution: Pray for laborers!
Heavenly Father, I thank you, that all our church family, our pastors, and our co-laborers in the Gospel are sent ones, laborers in the harvest field. I ask you to open doors of opportunity for them to speak the Word of God, the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, into the lives of precious people. Open hearts to receive and arrange circumstances to provide opportunities. Order steps to divine appointments. (Colossians 4:3-6; Matthew 9:36-38;
I pray that each one would speak your Word with love, and that they speak with accuracy and simplicity, having just the right words to communicate to the needs of people. Fill them with wisdom and boldness in their approach. Anoint them by your Spirit, that they would speak as the oracles of God, with the demonstration of the Spirit and power. Let miracles be done in the Name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 4:15; 1 Peter 3:15; 4:11; 1 Corinthians 2:1-5; Romans 1:16-17)
Father, for those who have given themselves to leadership and ministry, that they would be surrounded by able laborers, skillful workmen for every task to complete the assignment you have given. (1 Thessalonians 5:12-13; 1 Chronicles 22:15-16; Exodus 35:35)
