Jesus put worry on the same short list as drunken revelry. It's been over 45 years since my last drink or drug, but it's hard to go 45 minutes without allowing my mind to slip into an obsessive repetition of "what if?” It's an intoxicant that hardens the heart to God and roils the emotions.

This rejected stone represents God's chosen method for reaching humanity. The same nature is bestowed upon those who believe. Each believer plays an integral role in the overall structure.

Let's adjust our expectations to allow us to be used in power as we serve in humility. No matter what your role is, keep an eye out for opportunities. The ministry on the platform is fantastic, but I honestly believe we can expect miracles in the aisles if we just take that first step.
