You’re Part of the Process
Remember that Jesus and the Church are inseparable. Or maybe I should put it this way: The Church is the body of Christ. He moves through His body to touch the world. As Paul said, “All of you together are Christ’s body, and each of you is a part of it” (1 Corinthians 12:27 NLT). God the Spirit is using you where you are and moving you to where he wants you to be. Seeing Peter and John … Continue reading What do you have?
Grateful for His Gifts
Jesus set gifts in the church for a reason: we need them to grow and fulfill the calling God has for us. You can't be what you are designed to be without the people God has assigned to prepare you. Take a minute to be grateful for those folks.
Return to your rest, O my soul
Life is fast. Living is slow. It's easy to miss the important because of the intrusions of the urgent. Sometimes, I need to take time to breathe, think, connect, and live where I am.
