Guardrails for Guidance: Hearing God’s Voice in a Noisy World

If we are honest in our desire to please God, not self, our first step is to check our own heart. We’re all still human after all. Most of our thinking is about us. We all have our own experiences, needs, and desires. We naturally interpret things through those lenses. Because of this, a heart check may be in order.

What if We Practice What We Preach?

Jesus, the Christ, will be in our midst as we lift our voices in worship. It doesn’t matter if the band is good or the songs uplifting. It only matters that we praise Him and please Him. When I realize that I am there for Him, not Him for me, miracles happen, and opportunities follow.
