In Mark 6:1-6, Jesus faces unbelief in his hometown. Similarly, we can learn not to let familiarity hinder receiving God's gift in our church. By emphasizing the value of diverse ministerial gifts, we can avoid letting preconceptions hinder receiving spiritual impartation. Never understimate the importance of valuing gifts from God. Miracles will follow.

Sunday Supernaturally: Jesus Was Praying
If God were looking for a moment in our service to open the windows of Heaven, to pour out the Spirit in power, and to speak a word that will change the world, would He find anybody praying?
Sunday Supernaturally: Two Guys Singin’
Wherever you’re going to church today (I trust you are), there will be others there who are in darkness and bondage. They may look good on the outside, but they are miserable on the inside. They need a suddenly from God.
Sunday Supernaturally: One Accord, One Place, and…
A few weeks ago our pastor had a word in the Sunday morning service. The gist of it was that we should be alert and ready for some things to happen "suddenly". That really resonated with me. Our expectations need to be raised.
Sunday Supernaturally: Suddenly, It’s 2024!
In 2024, we have the opportunity to experience the power and love of God in ways most of us find hard to imagine. The world's crises are the Church's invitation to shine. It's miracle time!
Sunday Supernaturally: Eagerly Awaiting
If we take our cue from the Christmas Eve eagerness of a 5-year-old, how should we be preparing for the King’s next Advent?
Sunday Supernaturally: God is With Us
God is with us. That’s one of the great reminders that Christmas brings. God the Son became one of us so that He could be one with us. Whatever the situation, He's got your back. Merry Christmas!
Sunday Supernaturally: The Oracles of God
Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen. 1 Peter 4:11 NLT
Sunday Supernaturally: That Same Spirit
For many of us, the Spirit on the inside is a theory, a sentence in our creed or doctrinal statement. For others He is a little warm feeling when we sing familiar hymns. For some He is the goosebumps that occasionally come when we pray in tongues. I’m sure He is more than that.
Sunday Supernaturally: Change Me, Lord!
God is the ultimate Father. In every circumstance, He deals with me as a father with a child, interested only in my well-being and growth. I bear His Name and His image; He wants me to do it well. His correction helps me look more like Him.
